I am positive that my dog is having "wet dreams". At first he will be twitching in his sleep and then he will start to twitch quite vigorously and then when he stands up has a full on erection and leaves a wet patch from where he was laying, I have never heard of dogs having wet dreams and have looked on lots of other forums on the internet but many people are undecided. Also is there anything other than castration that will prevent this?
