I have a chiwauwa/terrier mix. He is 3 yrs old and in good physical health. He lost two previous masters in one year, I have been in both lives of both masters so Jethro is very use to me. I am now his owner/master. He does not want to go outside. When I take him out to do his job, he begins to shake, he sets his feet and you have to pull him. He will eventually go to the bathroom either one or the other but not both. Sometimes, he has not gone since 5:30pm the day before. He refuses to go out at night. This behavior just started since I have taken him. What is up?
