puppy throwing up.

my 1 year old border collie has been throwing up on and off for 3 days. we keep thinking he is over it then it starts back up again. he seems restless and goes when outside eats leaves (whole). he isn't eating, but he is drinking water regularly. he feels bad and it is obvious, what should i do?

Symptoms: Breathing, No Appetite & Anorexia, Vomiting
