My 4 mth old lab pit mix has had dirreah for 3 days now. he has also been throwing up. he s only eating a little food and when he does he throw is up.. this morning he was throwing up foam. I dont have money to go to the vet. is there anything i can give over the counter?

oh his nose is wet and he is loosing weight fast.
