Lymphoma or Lymes disease?

My dog is now being tested for limphoma, have to wait a week for results. He has been ill for the odd 2-3 days over the last few months, nausious but not sick, fever, limp on front right leg, each time he has been given a 1 week course of antibiotics & anti inflammatories, then he is ok for 4-6 weeks then same symptoms, he had scans for tumours & blood tests, came back negative so vet gave him a 2 week course on that visit, same symptoms the other day so booked him in, he was getting better but I took him anyway, vet said his lymph glands are up this time so that is different, she said only 1 dog that she has seen with swollen lymph glands did not have cancer. Came home that night his bark had gone a bit croaky, next day vet took a biopsy which I am waiting for results on but, with the length of time these off days have happened, the symptoms, couldn't it be lymes disease? His bark was back to normal a day later & he seems fine now although glands are still up.
