just had babies

My boxer just had babies this morning and I was wondering what her behavior will be towards us now ? Right now she doesn't want us to touch her babies and I know I have to keep their area clean. I already cleaned up the frist mess when she wanted to go out. She's always been a loving dog will this pass? This is my frist time having a dog have puppies any help would be great.
