Vestibular disease treatment

My dog has vestibular Disease and Cognitive Dysfunction he is taken medication for the cognitive dysfunction. Is there anything I can give him to help with the vestibular disease? Over the last few days he has got worse with the vestibular disease. He has all the signs for central vestibular disease which I know is the worse case senario. Any advice would be great. I am thinking of putting him to sleep as he can no longer stand up for long and I have to help him eat and drink. He has had this for about 2 months.
