PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

my alpaca is very sick. i have had one other llama pass in the past week. he is not eating but has constant diariea. , and wont get up. the last vet said that it might be polio that killed the first llama. Do you think it is polio? Could it be something else? because he is showing the same symptoms as the last llama.

Symptoms: Constipation, No Appetite & Anorexia, Pain, Collapse, Diarrhea, Increased Thirst & Urination
