Swelling in a chickens breast

I have a Chicken who has suddenly developed a large fluidy swelling which i think is her crop it is hot to the touch but she doesn't seem to have any other discomfort she is eating well and still laying daily,the only other affliction is she stretches her neck and seems to spasm and her voice has become more hoarse. Any ideas ???
