Please Help! I dont know what to do!

My bird fell into a bowl of Thai Basil Beef. Thankfully its not toxic, but it wont come off! I dont want her to get sick by trying to preen her feathers and she smells like really really strong Thai food. I tried washing her, it doesnt help. What do I do?!
