CHANGE IN CHIPMUNKS

This question is about both chipmunks. They have suddenly started shaking and making a quiet clicking noise. They sit huddled together and dont move around the cage as they usually do. I have put an upturned shoebox in their cage with shavings and straw to give them somewhere warm and dark to sit. I have put them in it. They have access to food and water. Any suggestions?
