I have a 6 month old mixed German shepherd. We found him on the street when he was 4 weeks old. He has an obsession with water. He will drink all the water he can find to the point his stomach becomes bloated. I cannot leave the bathroom door open because he will drink from the toilet bowl if someone forgets to put the seat down till he is intoxicated with water. I never had this problem with any other dog. I give him a set amount of water 4 times a day so it is not as though he has no water available. I dont know how to solve this problem. I am afraid that he will become water intoxicated some day. Please help!! Thanks marion
