7 lb Chihuaha mix

Rating: 0

My dog had hook worm several months ago. She was put on medication and everything was cleared up. We were given an interceptor pill to give her every month. We forgot to give her the October pill and now we've noticed that she seems depressed, lathargic, loss of appetite and is vomiting. Do you think she has another worm or is something else the matter? She is a 7lb Chihuaha mix.

I am sorry for the late response to your question. There is a possibility that she may have hookworm again. But it could also be due other illness. Lethargy, loss of appetite and vomiting can be due to a lot of diseases. Take your dog to the vet for the right diagnosis so that the proper treatment and medication can be given. Take care and good luck.
