My cat has stumped the VET

My male, 6 year old cat started peeing in weird spots, then it was super concentrated and we brought him to the VET. They did a urinalysis and blood test which I have the results of. At first they thought it was a sign of diabetes but he wasnt drinking at home. Then he becasue constipated. They put him on a special diet and IV fluids to flush his system. They said there is no infection but there are RBC in his urinalysis. They thought he was fine and when they took him off the IV the VET called and said he is back to spot peiing and his urine is super concentrated/has crystals in it. The vet is stumped and my cat has been there for 2 weeks. Any advise or thoughts?
