cat coughing/sneezing

My cat has been sneezing/coughing alot lately, each time lasting for around 2-3 minutes. She hasn't been eating much and her weight has decreased. She hasn't beeing peeing/pooing much either. What are the list of possible things that could be wrong with her?

Symptoms: Lethargy, No Appetite & Anorexia, Sneezing, Coughing, Urine & Incontinence, Weight Loss
