Hi
Keep the excitement low by ignoring your dog when you come into the room and by ignoring I mean NO eye contact, voice or physical. Remain calm and get on with your daily chores. Then when your dog is calm you can reward by giving a fuss/toy/treat. If it begins to get excited again ignore again. Ask all visitors to do the same. If your dog does pee don't get cross and tell it off. Ignore this and clean it up when your dog is not looking. Use biological washing powder and an odour eliminator.
Hope that helps
