Question about the sore

I had noticed a sore on my dogs nose and she has one on her eye i noticed 3-4 days later. It looks like dry, flaky skin and it is swollen. The one on her nose is red and swollen. i have a pictureof the one by her nose on here. Any possible solution to what is could be?
