sneezing and coughing cat

Hi, My cat is 13-14 yrs old and has for the past few months been coughing and sneezing with green discharge.... is it cat flu? he is very quiet in himself and sleeps alot.

Symptoms: Breathing, Dental, Drooling, Lethargy, Sneezing, Coughing
