Not sleeping through the night

Bella

Bella is 12 weeks old and usually cries from her crate about 3 times a night to go to the bathroom. One of these times she ususally poops but always has to pee. I don't let her eat after 6pm and don't put her in her kennel until after 10pm. I take her outside always before I put her to bed. Any advice on helping her sleep through the night?
