Kitten in grave danger

We have a 10 day-old kitten, born prematurely, that has has not eaten in about 8 hours, has diarrhea with a little blood, and is VERY lethargic. Its weight is about 2.5 ounces. Is there anything we can do to help keep it alive overnight so we can get it to a vet in the morning?

Symptoms: Lethargy, No Appetite & Anorexia, Diarrhea, Lameness
