sugar glider missing patch of fur

last night i noticed my female sugar glider had a small patch of fur missing under her chin. i think that my her twin brother might have caused it. i've seen him get food out of her mouth before and here lately she has been resisting giving her food to him so i think he may have pulled the fur to get her to give in. but i also know that gliders will pull their hair when stressed or if they have pain they will pull the hair in the area where it hurts. we have a new male who is in a seperate cage. we put his cage in the same room as her cage about a month ago and i'm wondering if this could be a cause of stress if it is stress. why would it have taken so long to affect her if it is stress? there appears to be no damage to the skin. just the patch of hair missing. is a vet visit in order?
