well my 5 years old tom cat had a month ago an abdominal distension I gave him some medication for laxation and an enema
he was lethargic and off food ,three days later he started to relief and his distended belly also became normal
but since this he started eating but a very little ,always sleeping,abnormal weak gate
he has a great pain when we hold him specially from his chest
i suspect that his problem may be diaphragmatic hernia or it could be a gastric problem
his blood tests are normal ,resp. rate and temp
may any body helps me
