uncontroable pooping all over itself

i just found this cat. since i brought it in yesterday it eats good but it poops just laying there asleep. poops when i pet it, when i pick it up. i have alot of cats but this has never happen. its like it doesnt know its pooping. seems to be healthy weight wise good appetite it just poops. please tell me what i can do to help it? i dont have a picture i just found it and i couldnt leave it out side, i have it away from my other cats.
