Fur loss on chipmunk

HI,
I have 2 chipmunks as pets. One of them has been experiencing fur-loss for the past 2-3 months and now and recently seems to be getting worse.
She has been lethargic and only seems to come out of her box to use the toilet and to drink and eat.
We have considered parasites, but eliminated it due to the other chipmunk not experiencing any symptoms. It was also suggested to me that it could be stress, as the other chipmunk can be quite dominant at food times in particular. We separated the cages but the chipmunk experiencing fur-loss appeared further distressed, not going to sleep in the new box (they normally share) and wanting to get out of her cage into the. whilst in the cage on her own she did not appear lethargic however.

I'm not sure where to go from here. Have you got any suggestions?
