Another poop problem...

Along the same lines as my first question about Yoshi eating his own poop, my daughter has an Aussie puppy, he's about 10 months old, who doesn't eat his own poop but the poop of other dogs, sometimes while they are pooping. It's pretty disgusting. Any ideas why he does this and how to make him stop?
