Our 10 year old cat had a cancerous tumor removed from his colon about 7 weeks ago.He seemed to recover well & we were following up with chemo every 3 weeks. Well,about a week ago he stopped eating/drinking and noticed he was walking differently. We were then feeding him gravy through a dropper until we decided to take him to the emergency vet. His blood work was perfect but the x-ray showed a mass buildup around the surgery site.We think it was scar tissue.Vet told us he could do exploratory surgery but couldn't guarantee that our cat would have enough tissue to connect everything again.
